On Wednesday, Seneca Falls Police arrested four individuals in connection with the vandalism / graffiti incident on the south side of the town on Monday. The Ludivico Sculpture Trail, three businesses, and two residential properties were vandalized.The following individuals were charged with six counts of making graffiti and six counts of conspiracy in the sixth degree.Steven G. Halladay, age 22, of Waterloo Geneva Road Apartment # 3 Waterloo, New York 13165.Andrea M. Halladay, age 22, of Waterloo Geneva Road Apartment # 3 Waterloo, New York 13165.Police also charged a 17 year old male from Waterloo and a 16 year old male from Geneva. Police are withholding their information due to their age and the possible eligibility for youthful offender status.All four were released on appearance tickets for a 04.11.2013 Seneca Falls Town Court appearance at 10:00 am to further answer the charges. Seneca Falls Police are continuing their investigation and further arrests are pending.
