On early Thursday morning, Seneca Falls Police arrested Melissa G. Chisman, age 23, of Tyre Road in Seneca Falls for Driving while Intoxicated.Seneca Falls Police observed the vehicle that Chisman was operating driving South bound on Cayuga Street without the head lights on. Chisman was also charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08% or more alcohol and driving with no head lights.Chisman was issued traffic tickets and released to a third party. Chisman is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 11th, 2013 at 10:00am.
