PENN YAN, NY – Penn Yan Police arrested an eligible youthful offender for attempting to receive just under a half pound of marihuana in the mail. Police received information of the drugs being shipped in the mail and were able to intercept the package before it was delivered. The suspect was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.Charged: Attempted Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 4th
