After hearing a not guilty plea from Carmine Calabria, Geneva City Court Judge Tim Buckley signed an order of protection barring Calabria from having any contact with the woman he is accused of forcibly touching.After hearing Calabria’s not guilty plea to the class A misdemeanor charge of forcible touching in an incident in a Geneva bar on March 16th., Judge Buckley then took himself off the case citing a conflict of interest because he knows the parties involved.Several Geneva Middle School teachers were in court this morning supporting their principal. Calabria continues on administrative leave and will next appear before Judge Lisa Toole on April 18th
