The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 03/27/13 at approximately 3:30pm Deputies arrested Justin T. Cure age 21 of E Main St in Waterloo for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree. The charge stems from a traffic stop on Burgess Rd in the Town of Waterloo where it was discovered that Cure was driving with a suspended license and that he had a previous Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree conviction.Cure was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on 04/11/13 to answer to the charge.
