On March 20th, 2013 at 2:26pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Trina L. Carter, age 36, of 208 Fall Street Seneca Falls New York on an arrest warrant for a Noise Disturbance Local Law Violation. Carter was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon where the charge was dismissed.
