Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday morning at 3:40 am, Deputies arrested Timothy M. Anderson, 20, of Hecker Road in Waterloo on Harassment in the Second Degree.The arrest stems from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Anderson struck a Town of Waterloo resident. Anderson was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear on April 11th 2013 to answer the charges. Deputies’ report while investigating the incident Anderson was found to be wanted by the New York State Police on a Bench Warrant issued out of Seneca County Court for Failure to Pay Fines.Anderson was then turned over to the New York State Police for further action.
