The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Kevin C. Alvarado, age 16, of Hillside on 03/16/13 for one count of Assault in the 3rd degree.The charges stem from an altercation in the Town of Varick on 03/16/13 at approximately 5:50pm where Alvarado repeatedly punched and kicked a female staff member causing physical injury.Alvarado was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Varick Court on 04/03/13 to answer the charges.
