Members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested four individuals on Thursday following an investigation into the sale and possession of narcotic drugs in the Town of Lodi.Investigators from the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 8612 Lodi-Covert Townline Road in the Town of Lodi. Following the execution of the search warrant, Sheriff’s Investigators seized quantities of crack cocaine, oxycodone, marihuana, drug paraphernalia, and currency. The following people were charged: Debra A. Rousseau, 52, of 8612 Lodi-Covert Townline Road, Lodi, New YorkCHARGES: Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felony) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felony)Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree (Class C Felony)Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree (Class A Misd) Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation) Rousseau was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail/$30,000 secured bond. Rousseau is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on March 19, 2013 at 10am. Philip L. Coleman, 29, no permanent address CHARGES: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree (Class A Misd) Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation)Coleman was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Lodi Town Court on April 3rd, 2013 at 10am. Investigators also discovered that Coleman was wanted by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. At the conclusion of the search warrant, Coleman was turned over to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office. Timothy C. Griffith, 60, of 2097 West Seneca Street, Ovid, New York CHARGES:Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree (Class A Misd) Griffith was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Lodi Town Court on April 3rd, 2013 at 10am. Pamela S. Merilahti, 51, of 8612 Lodi-Covert Townline Road, Lodi, New YorkCHARGES: Possession of a Controlled Substance outside the original prescription container (Violation) Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation) Merilahti was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Lodi Town Court on April 3rd, 2013 at 10am. The Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit was assisted by members of the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID), Uniform Road Patrol, and K-9 Unit.
