On March 6th, 2013 at 9:57pm Seneca Falls Police arrested David C. Litzenberger age 46 of Fall Street in Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant for Trespass.Litzenberger was stopped on a traffic stop for no headlight and it was discovered that he had an arrest warrant from January of this year when Litzenberger is alleged to have gone into an apartment without permission.Litzenberger was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Justice Mattoon where he was released on his own recognizance to appear on March 27th, 2013 at 10:00am for his next hearing.
