On early Tuesday morning at 1:49 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Anthony J. Marro, age 22, of Middle Black Brook Road in Seneca Falls for Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin), Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Failure to Keep Right. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop of a vehicle being operated by Marro. Marro was found to be under the influence of heroin while in operation of the vehicle and multiple bags of heroin were located in the vehicle.Marro was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon where he was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in court on April 10th, 2013 at 9:00am for his next hearing.
