Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jacob M. Dixon, 21, of Brewer Rd Waterloo, on two counts of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Attempted Assault in the 2nd degree.Deputies state that Dixon allegedly threatened two Town of Waterloo residents with a chair during a domestic dispute in which a 1 year old child was present.While effecting the arrest Deputies report that Dixon allegedly attempted to head butt a Deputy.Dixon was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and was remanded to the SCCF in leiu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 insured bond. Dixon is to reappear in Court on a later date.
