On Sunday morning around 10:30 am, Seneca Falls police arrested Joshua J. John, age 31, of Gowanda, NY for Criminal Contempt 1st (felony), Burglary 2nd (felony), Criminal Contempt 2nd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment.The above charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred at a Town of Seneca Falls residence. Mr. John went to the residence when there was an active Stay Away Order of Protection and was involved in a physical altercation with the female resident while her 13 year old son was present.John also damaged property in the residence during the altercation.John was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail/$40,000 ins bond. John is to reappear in the Town of Junius Court on 03-15-13 for a Felony Hearing.
