Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday at 1:47 AM Sheriff Deputies arrested Daniel N Millen age 32 of Ovid for Felony Aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or greater, Felony DWI and Felony AUO 1st Degree.Deputies received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Ridge Rd. in the Town of Fayette. It was reported that a truck was stuck in a lane-way and was spinning its tires trying to get out.When Deputies arrived on scene Millen was identified as the operator and during the investigation it was determined that Millen was under the influence of alcohol. When Millen was arrested it was discovered that he had a revoked driver’s license and had a prior DWI conviction within ten years.Millen was arraigned before the Town of Fayette Court and released. Millen is to answer for the charges on 04-03-13 at 7:00p m back in the Town of Fayette Court.
