Members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Nicole M. Ramirez-Mariano, 26, Peterman Road in Seneca Falls following an investigation into the sale of narcotic drugs in the Town of Seneca Falls. Ramirez-Mariano was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies.It is alleged that Ramirez-Mariano sold a quantity of morphine to another person and was in possession of sixty-seven morphine pills when taken into custody by Sheriff’s Investigators. Ramirez-Mariano did not have a prescription for the morphine. Ramirez-Mariano was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 secured bond. Ramirez-Mariano is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 8, 2013 at 9:30am. The Sheriff’s Office Uniform Road Patrol assisted in the arrest.
