An ongoing investigation by the Penn Yan Village Police Department into allegations that the Boat Yard Grill on Lake Street has been selling alcoholic beverages without having a liquor permit has resulted in the owner being arrested on Monday. Tammy Havens was issued appearance tickets for village court.Village Police executed a search warrant for the business and seized over 60 cases of assorted alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and liquor.
