Employees of Hillside, a large local employer, have filed a Federal lawsuit claiming that they were not paid for all of the hours that they worked, in violation of both State and Federal laws. These former employees claim that they frequently had to stay later than the times they were scheduled until, but Hillside refused to pay them for that time. The lawsuit was filed as a class action, and other employees with the same complaint may be able to join the lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed in Federal Court in Rochester, New York. The employees are represented by the law firm of Ferr & Mullin.Questions about the lawsuit, or about joining, may be directed to Robert Mullin, Esq. at (585) 869-0210, or emailed to Hillside_Peck_FLSA@FerrMullinLaw.com.
