On February 25th, 2013 Seneca Falls Police arrested Joshua D. Norcott, Age 25, of Seneca Falls for Harassment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Norcott was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court.Norcott was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash $10000 bail bond. Norcott is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 13, 2013 at 9:00am.
