Mynderse Academy will play for a Sectional Title in Class C1 on Saturday afternoon at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester. The Blue Devils advance after defeating #3 seed Addison on Monday night in Penn Yan.Addison used double and triple teams to contain junior big man Luke Ruddy forcing his fellow front court-mate Connor Miller to deliver. Miller came through with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Senior PG Brandon Passalacqua scored 10 points while fellow senior SG Jimmy Ricci scored 8 to go along with 4 steals.Mynderse moves to 15-5 on the season and will face Avon for the title next. Avon (14-7) advanced by upsetting #1 seed Notre Dame-Batavia 60-58 behind 22 points from Zach Mouw.The Class C1 championship game is set for a 3:00 pm tip on Saturday in Rochester.
