On 02/25/13 at 8:45 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Ronnell Hilliard, age 20, of Geneva, NY.Seneca Falls Police responded to 25 Peterman Road in the Town of Seneca Falls for a report of a Trespass in progress. Upon arrival Seneca Falls Police located Hilliard inside an apartment of the complex.Hilliard did not live in the apartment and he was refusing to leave.Hilliard was charged with, Criminal Trespass in the 2nd degree, two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Endangering the Welfare of a child and Resisting Arrest.Hilliard was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/28/13 at 10:00am. After a wants and warrants check it was found that Hilliard was wanted on warrants from another agency.
