Head Coach Tim Jackson’s Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles rallied late on Monday night to win their Class C3 semifinal contest over Wheatland-Chili, 58-57, to advance to the championship game on Saturday at Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY.C-S trailed Wheatland-Chili by 7 points heading into the final quarter and with their season on the line, the Golden Eagles mounted a late charge outscoring their opponent 21-12 in the fourth quarter to earn a one-point victory.Kam DiSanto was a monster for Clyde scoring 16 points, blocking 5 shots, and pulling down 14 rebounds. Senior 1,000 point scorer Tom Kanaley led all scorers in the game with 18 while big man Joemaine Bogan added 12.Clyde-Savannah will have a title date late Saturday morning in Rochester. They will face #5 seed Kendall at 11:00 am for the Class C3 championship at the Blue Cross Arena. Kendall (12-8) upset #1 seed and Finger Lakes West champs Naples 61-51.
