2 arrests on bench warrants in Seneca County

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports Deputies arrested Brian E. Brown, age 22, of 351 Lake Arrowhead Road, North Myrtle Beach North Carolina on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The bench warrant stems from failing to pay fines dating back to December of 2011. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court (Justice Mattoon) and remanded to the SCCF in lieu of $5000 cash bail $10000 secured b ond. Brown is to return to court March 6th to answer the charges.Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert J Stevens age 40 of 1171 Leader Rd Fayette NY on February 22nd 2013 at 04:46AM on a Bench Warrant for Failure to pay fine. Stevens was arrested after being release from the Ontario County Jail. Stevens was arraigned before Town of Romulus and released on his own recognizance and will make arrangements, with the court to pay the fine.
