Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Nolan R. Wood, 37, of 205 East Elm St Penn Yan NY on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Junius for failure to appear on the original charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. Wood was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail, $2,000 secured bond. Wood is to reappear in the Town of Junius on February 21st, 2013, to answer the charges.
