The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested James A Crossno, age 42 of Geneva on February 17th 2013 at 2202 State Route 96 in the Town of Ovid for Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree a Class A Misdemeanor.The arrest stems from an Incident where it is alleged that Crossno allegedly reported to law enforcement officers an emergency incident that, in fact did not occur.Crossno was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Ovid Court on March 19th 2013 to answer the charges.
