Waterloo village police arrested Shaun Howell of East River Street in Waterloo after an alleged road rage incident. On Wed. Feb. 13, village police arrested Mr. Howell for reckless endangerment, reckless driving, disorderly conduct and harassment. It is alleged that Mr. Howell drove his car recklessly while chasing another vehicle on North Rd. and on North Virginia St. on Feb. 12th. Mr. Howell is alleged to have stopped a vehicle he was chasing and physically attacking a passenger in that vehicle.Mr. Howell, age 34 was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and remanded to Seneca County Jail on $2,000 bail or $4,000 bond. An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the two people in the involved car.Mr. Howell is due to appear in Waterloo Village Court on March 6th. 2013.
