Auburn (7-11) edged Liverpool (10-8) 50-47 yesterday in Section III boy’s basketball action. Auburn’s Chris Courtney had a 13-point game in the win. Caleb Taylor of Liverpool led all scoring with 16 total points while teammate Hector Oyola put up an additional 13 points in the loss.
