Solvay (11-7) topped Jordan-Elbridge (4-13) 41-32 yesterday in Section III boy’s basketball action. Solvay’s Nick Filippi led all scoring with 17 total points while teammate Brandon Pelose chipped in an additional 6 points. Kyle Matousek of Jordan-Elbridge had a 14 point game in the loss. Jordan-Elbridge will next be in action when the play the make up from the February 8 postponement against the Institute of Technology Central.
