Seneca County Sheriff Deputies report that David L Lamphere age 16 of Port Byronwas arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana while at the Seneca County Office Building in Waterloo.Lamphere entered the County Building and passed through the security checkpoint were it was discovered that He had a large mason jar, which contained marijuana, in his jacket.Lamphere was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on March 6th 2013 at 9:00 am to answer the charges.
