On February 2nd 2013 at 4:29pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Kevin S. Devine, age 49, of 103 Cayuga Street Seneca Falls New York on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd. This arrest was following an investigation into a violation of a court order that was alledged to have occured on January 8th and 9th of this year. Devine was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash bail, $1500.00 insurance bond. Devine is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 27th 2013 at 10:00am.On the 8th of February 2013 at approximately 2:18am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mariah R. Dunham, age 19, of 17 White Street Seneca Falls NY for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured around 2:06am on White Street. Dunham was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or higher, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Failure to Signal, and Open Container inside the vehicle. Dunham is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 7th of March 2013 at 10:00am to answer the charges.On 02-08-2013, at 1:50pm, SFPD arrested Jonathan A. Preston, age 29, of 21 Church St, Apt 3, Waterloo, NY on an Arrest Warrant for Issuing a Bad Check 2 counts. Preston is accused of writing two checks to a Town of Seneca Falls business on two separate dates in the total amount of $68.00, while his account had insufficient funds to cover the checks. Preston was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and RORd to reappear on 02-27-2013 at 0900hrs.On the 8th of February 2013 at approximately 4:01pm the Seneca Fall Police Department arrested Andrew B Hamilton, age 30, of 88 Rosecroft Dr Rochester NY. The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occured around 3:49pm on State Route 89 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Hamilton’s vehicle slid off the road due to weather conditions. Hamilton was issued tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlicensed Operator, and Failure to Maintain Designated Lane. Hamitlon is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 7th of March 2013 at 10:00am to answer the charges.
