William Partridge, age 30 of Penn Yan, has been charged with two counts of petit larceny and possession of stolen property by the Penn Yan Village Police on Thursday.It is alleged that on January 24th, Partridge stole a pair of eyeglass frames valued at $199 from Pen Yann Eye Care on Main Street.It is also alleged that on January 26th, Partridge was observed stealing a pair of sneakers from Peeble’s Department store in the Lake Street Plaza.He is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court on February 11, 2013.
