Finger Lakes Young Professionals will conduct their next Meet & Greet at Finger Lakes Gifts & Lounge of 60 Seneca Street in Geneva on Thursday, February 7th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Business professionals interested in making local connections across all industries within the region are welcome. The organization, now in its second year of development, aims to expand its reach to all fourteen counties within the Finger Lakes, establishing partnerships with Yates County and Cayuga County groups in addition to large businesses such as ITT Goulds Pumps of Seneca Falls.Active member Amanda Moore, Care Coordinator I at Hillside Children’s Center in Varick and Co-host of the FingerLakes1 podcast Lake to Lake Girls says, “FLYP has presented me with the invaluable opportunity to network and connect with other likeminded young professionals and local businesses. No other organization in the Finger Lakes does this, and I’m excited to see what is in store for FLYP for the future.”The group gathers on the first Thursday of every month, at a different, pre-advertised location. Event details can be found online, primarily through the use of social media. For more information, visit the FLYP Facebook and LinkedIn pages or contact the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce at 315-568-2906.
