DWI charge after man hits parked car in Lodi

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on February 3rd, 2013 at 11:57 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Edward R Haskin, 49, of Interlaken NY, on County Rd 136 in the Town of Lodi.He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC .08 or Higher, Unreasonable Speed for Road Conditions, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Operating Without Insurance. Sheriff’s Deputies report that they responded to a property damage motor vehicle accident and upon investigating the complaint, found that Haskin had lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked car.Haskin was uninjured and the vehicle sustained extensive front end damage and was towed from the scene. Haskin was released on appearance tickets and is appear before the Town of Lodi Court on February 20th 2013 to answer the charges.
