Waterloo Police arrested John V. Young, age 36, of 910 Waterloo-Geneva Rd, Waterloo on 1/30/13 for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree (class A misdemeanor). Young is accused of following a person and attempting to make contact with them in the area of E. Main St on 1/25/13 in violation of a stay away order of protection.Young was arraigned in front of Judge Dean Mattoon in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on no bail. He is to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on 2/20/13 to answer to the charges.
