Shortly after midnight on January 26, 2013, Waterloo Police arrested Renee J. Bush, age 42, of Waterloo, for DWI following a traffic stop on North Rd. Police drove up on Bush’s vehicle as it was sideways in the roadway, having just spun out of control on North Rd near Virginia St, coming close to striking a building roadside.Bush was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, refusal to take breath test, failure to keep right and unsafe backing. She was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on $1500 / $3000 bail with a return court date of 2/6/13.
