On Wednesday evening around 5:00 pm Penn Yan Police responded to Clinton Street where Eric Mausteller, age 20, and Michael P. Rodriguez, age 21, were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident on Seneca Street.Police witnessed the two suspects dragging a man from his apartment in an attempt to physically harm him following a verbal argument.Both were arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 cash and $1,000 bond.
