Seneca County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a two car minor personal injury accident that occurred on State Route 89 in the Town of Tyre.R.J. Macdonald, age 32, of Route 89 was north bound on State Rte 89 and attempted to turn left into his driveway when he struck a southbound vehicle driven by Anna Dellefave age 20 of Seneca Falls.Dellefave complained of pain in her arms and face and was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance.Macdonald was not injured in the accident but was ticketed for Fail to Yield the Right of Way and is to appear in the Town of Tyre court on February 20, 2013 at 6:00PM.
