On Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm, Penn Yan Police charged William Partridge with felony criminal possession of a weapon.Partridge, age 29 of Penn Yan, was found to be in possession of a dagger while at the Lake Street Plaza.He was arraigned in village court where bail was set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 fully secured bond.
