On Friday, at approximately 2:00 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shawn M. O’Donnell, age 24, of Waterloo, NY following a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls.Police responded to a female resident’s home after a report of a physical altercation that had taken place inside the home. O’Donnell is accused of forcibly entering the female’s home and engaged in a physical altercation with the female while in the presence of a 1-year-old child.Neither the child or the female were injured during the altercation. O’Donnell is also accused of damaging property while at the female’s home.He left the scene prior to police arrival, but was taken into custody a short time later. O’Donnell was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.He was arraigned in Junius Town Court and committed to SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/13/13 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the female and the child.
