Waterloo man arrested for fight in Seneca Falls

The Seneca Falls Police Dept. has charged a Waterloo man after a physical altercation with a woman in a Seneca Falls home. The fight occurred in the presence of a small child. Neither the woman nor the child were hurt.In a report by the Seneca Daily News, the Seneca Falls PD arrested Shawn M. O’Donnell of Church Street in Waterloo, following a domestic dispute in Seneca Falls.O’Donnell is accused of forcibly entering the woman’s home and engaging in a physical altercat5ion with her in front of a 1-year-old child. O’Donnell is alsp accused of damaging property at the female’s home. He left the scene but was taken into custody after returning a short time later.Charges against O’Donnell include Criminal Trespass in the 2nd degree, 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd. degree.Mr. O’Donnell was arraigned in Junius Town Court and committed to SCCF on $2500 cash/$5000 bond and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 2/13/2013.
