Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators along with Seneca County DHS Investigators arrested two subjects in connection to welfare fraud in Seneca County.Arrested were Nichole L. Church, age 33 of Waterloo, on one count of Filing a False Instrument first degree, a class E felony. Church was arrested in the Village of Waterloo on 01/23/13 at 9:00 am and arraigned in Waterloo Village court where she was released to reappear on March 6th 2013 at 9:30 am.Also arrested was Curtis A. Doreen, age 50 of Seneca Falls, on one count of Filing a False Instrument first degree, a class E felony. Doreen was arrested in the Village of Waterloo on 01/23/13 at 9:00 am and arraigned in Waterloo Village court where he was released to reappear on March 6th 2013 at 9:30 am. These arrests are part of an on going investigation into welfare fraud in Seneca County.
