The Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday evening on State Route 414 at the entrance to State Thruway Exit 41.A Hyundai Elantra operated by Rebecca J Brosh, age 24, of Buffalo, NY, was attempting to make a left turn towards the toll booths when she failed to yield the right of way to a Chevrolet Impala being operated by Sharon L Kier, age 45, of Clyde, NY.Both drivers as well as a passenger in the Chevrolet Impala, Bruce J. Morley, age 51, of Clyde, NY were uninjured.A passenger in the Hyundai Elantra, Susan M. Mardino, age 55, of 3706 Wabash Ave, Blasbell, NY suffered injuries and was transported to Geneva General Hospital via North Seneca Ambulance.Brosh was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way. The Hyundai Elantra suffered heavy damage and needed to be towed from the scene.Also assisting at the scene was the Magee Fire Department.
