On Saturday evening at approximately 11:38 pm, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Bret M. Tandle, age 40 of 3Seneca Falls, NY.. Police responded to a location on Lower Lake Road for a complaint of a suspicious white male trespassing on privately owned properties while allegedly looking into multiple windows of an occupied home. The 911 caller then informed the responding officers that the suspicious male had parked his pick-up truck a few houses up from the residents on Lower Lake Road. While on scene officers searched the area and located Tandle attempting to leave the scene in his vehicle.Tandle was then positively identified by the 911 caller as the alleged suspicious male and placed into custody for two counts of Trespass and was transported back to the police department.Tandle was then released to a third-party on appearance tickets directing him to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/07/2013 at 10:00AM.
