Fugitive sex offender located in Seneca Falls

Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators and the US Marshals Service received information with regards to a Level Three Sex Offender originally from Altoona, PA who was believed to be residing in Seneca County. Following an investigation, Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Gregory A. Kuttruff, also known as Gregory A. Grove, age 35, of 4333 State Route 414, Seneca Falls, NY was arrested on 01-16-2013 at 11:23 am in the Town of Seneca Falls.Kuttruff is also a wanted person from the State of Pennsylvania for not living at his registered address there as a convicted Level Three Sex Offender.Kuttruff was living under the name Gregory A. Grove in Pennsylvania but used the name Gregory A, Kuttruff while living in Seneca County.Kuttruff was charged with failing to report an address change in New York, a class E felony. He was also charged as a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania. He was arraigned in Town of Lodi Court where and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. The investigation is continuing.
