FingerLakes1.com has learned that up to 10 Federal ATF agents, along with local authorities, are on site at the Skydancer Smoke Shop/Gas Station on Bayard Street in Seneca Falls. The business is operated by members of the Oklahoma-Cayuga Indian Tribe. As of 2:40 pm agents were removing cases of cigarettes from the building, stacking them on wood pallets, and loading onto a truck. FingerLakes1.com learned that agents arrived at the location -just after 2:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon.
