On 01/12/13 at approximately 7:16 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James R. Hill, age 28, of 2133 Route 5 and 20, Apt. 4C, Seneca Falls, NY following a police investigation of a domestic dispute. Hill is accused of engaging in a physical confrontation with a female and a 2-year-old child by pushing the female while the 2-year-old was in between Hill and the female. Hill is also accused of pushing the child. The female and the child were reportedly not injured. Police investigation also revealed Hill possessed a small quantity of marijuana during the dispute. Hill left the scene prior to police arrival, but was located a few hours later and taken into custody. He was arraigned on charges of Harassment in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond. He is to re-appear on 01/23/13 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the child and female.On the 12th of January 2013, Scott J Green age 48 of 6633 Route 90 Lower Back Cayuga New York 13034 was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by the Seneca Falls Police Department. Around 12:53 am The Seneca Falls Police Department observed Green’s vehicle run a stop sign on Fall St and then observed Green’s vehicle cross over the yellow line while Green’s vehicle was traveling west on Fall St. The Seneca Falls Police Department then initiated a traffic stop on Walnut Street. Officers could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside Green’s Vehicle. Green was issued an appearance ticket for Driving While Intoxicated and was also issued uniform traffic tickets for Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to use Designated Lane. Green is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on the 24th of January 2013 at 10:00 am.On the 12th of January 2012 Ryan P. Flanigan Age 22 of 2781 State Route 89 Seneca Falls New York 13148 was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department For Aggravated Driving While intoxicated. Around 4 :10 am the Seneca Falls Police department initiated a traffic stop on State Route 89 near the State Route 5/ 318 intersection. Officers observed the vehicle that Flanigan was operating driving all over the road, crossing over the yellow and white line and almost striking the guard rail on State Route 89. After Stopping Flanigan’s vehicle, Officer’s detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside Flanigan’s vehicle. Flanigan was issued an appearance ticket for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and a uniform traffic ticket for failure to keep right. Flanigan is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 24th of January 2013 at 10:00AM to answer the charges.On January 10th 2013 around 9:20pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Dyan D. Watkins age 32 of 5 Montgomery Street Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and No Headlight. Watkins was stopped on Bayard St for having no headlight when it was discovered that Watkins driving privileges had been suspended. Watkins was released on UTT’s and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 24th 2013 at 10:00am to answer her charges.On the 8th of January 2013 around 8:27pm Joseph E. Bell III age 31 , of 56 Seymore St Auburn NY 13021 was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. The Seneca Falls Police Department initiated a traffic stop on State Route 318 for a vehicle that was traveling in a easterly direction on State Route 318 and traveling faster then the posted speed limit. Officers met with the operator(Joseph Bell). Officers learned that Bells drivers license had been suspended for failure to pay fine out of Cayuga County. Bell was issued citations for Speeding, Uninspected motor vehicle, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Bell is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 24th of January 2013 to answer the charges.
