On 01-11-13 at approx 11:53am SFPD arrested Samuel L. McCullough Jr age 22, no address available, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on an original Harassment charge. While investigating a complaint McCullough was found in the residence and had an active warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. McCullough was also found to be in possession of marijuana. McCullough was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500cash bail/$1000 ins bond. He is to reappear in Town Court on January 23rd, 2013 at 11:00am.
