Manlius Pebble Hill (1-7) won their first boys basketball game of the season yesterday as they topped Weedsport (3-5) 49-45 in Section III boy’s basketball action.Manlius Pebble Hill’s Dan Byrnes scored 14 points and Chris King added 10 points. Manlius Pebble Hill scored just four points in the fourth quarter.J.J O’Connor of Weedsport led in scoring with 14 points. Matt Pelc had 11 points and eight rebounds while teammate Joe Yorio chipped in an additional 10 points in the loss.
