Yesterday in Section III boy’s basketball action Henninger (7-1) powered past Auburn (5-4) 81-51. Henninger outshot Auburn in each of the four quarters played. Henninger’s Marquane Silvers had a 20-point game while teammate Keith Tyson II shot for 18 and Jamell Chambers for 14 points. Shakirr Hairston who had a 4-point game had 13 rebounds and Romero Collier chipped in nine points and 15 assists. Auburn’s James Feocco had a 13-point game and Chris Courtney shot for 10. Auburn will next be back in action on January, 15 when they play host to Corcoran in a scheduled 7 pm matchup.
