The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on January 5, 2013 at 8:20pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Paul A Hennigan, age 31 of Junius on the charges of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd.The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred on January 3, 2013 where it is alleged that Hennigan subjected a female victim to unwanted contact and restricted her movement. Hennigan was arraigned at the Junius Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash, $4,000 secured bond. Hennigan is scheduled to reappear on January 17, 2013.
