The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on January 2, 2013 at 7:30pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Eric W Jones, age 43 of Enfield, NY on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Ovid Court for violating the terms of his conditional discharge.Jones was arraigned at the Romulus Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash, $1,000 secured bond. He is to reappear at the Ovid Town Court on January 8, 2013.
